Master Profilers, Joyce and Katherine are combining their skills to create a certification program that covers a number of diverse typologies.
Certification Description
For the first time ever, master profilers, Joyce Meng and Katherine Chernick Fauvre will be certifying individuals in the Personality Matrix Method which includes all three levels of personality: Instinctual Stackings (primal), Tritype® Archetypes (egoic), and 16 Personality Types (process) and their respective correlations. This innovative approach delves into the depths of personality analysis, integrating these three distinct systems.
What is the Personality Matrix?
The Personality Matrix Certification is an in-depth certification program tailored to individuals who want to possess a deep and thorough understanding of the intricate interplay between Enneagram Tritypes® and the 16 Personality Types.
Joyce and Katherine are cross-trained in both systems and are co-mentors guiding students, which offers a more comprehensive perspective on the nuances of personality theory.

Requirements for Certification with Joyce and Katherine
To achieve certification, you must meet the criteria specified below by the end of the certification process. Additionally, you must fulfill all the following requirements from both Joyce's and Katherine's side:
1. Demonstrate mastery in both systems by giving a 1-hour presentation* to Joyce and Katherine, in a 2-hour joint session with them.
2. Concluding session (2-hour length) with Joyce and Katherine.
Details on the presentation are to be determined with Joyce and Katherine.
Requirements for Certification: Joyce
1. Purchase and watch the “Introduction to Personality Matrix”
2. Complete a type clarification session with Joyce, followed by nine 1-hour coaching sessions
3. Watch Joyce’s Personality Matrix Playlist, available for free on YouTube
4. Book 3 sessions with Joyce to test your knowledge and prepare for the final presentation

Katherine Chernick Fauvre, the creator of Tritype® and Instinctual Stackings, is an internationally recognized personality expert. She is an IEA Accredited Teacher with Distinction and is Triple Certified: Palmer-Daniels, Riso-Hudson, and Hurley-Dobson. She is also distinguished to be the only person in the world to have attended intensives with both Claudio Naranjo and Oscar Ichazo. In 1996, Naranjo validated her 1995 Research on the Instinctual Subtypes. Her 23 qualitative research studies on the Enneagram Types and her many innovative courses correlating the Enneagram with many other fields such as Karen Horney, MBTI, Archetypes, micro-expressions, talk styles, lexicon use, gestures, and body language have made her a master profiler and thought leader in the field.
